The mainstay of KB Pomorze is well and in essence professionally prepared engineering team, giving evidence of significant professional experience, gained at the execution of several technically and organizationally wise projects for renowned domestic and foreign Clients.

Our construction resources are based on the qualified supervision personnel as site engineers, master foremen as well as on direct skilled workers, having at their disposal well equipped and continuously developed facilities and tools, necessary for the works being within the scope of the company specialization.
On the basis of our personnel professional experience, in our company there were established some unique conditions for its development by the engagement of high technical university graduates, introducing a new look on some engineering and organization aspects but at the same time acquiring the knowledge of sound engineering practice. At present the technical staff consist of nearly 30 engineers.
