Post Welding Heat Treatment
The company performs the heat treatment of the welded joints by means of the resistance annealing machine with the power to 70 kVA, for 12 channels, with accurate measurement of the current parameters registered in the real time printed figures and in electronic form. We conduct wide spectrum of heat treatment for the pipe and sheet welded joints for instance:
- stress relieving ,
- fulfilling of NACE resistance requirements for Hydrogen Induced Cracking,
- heating before and during welding.
The personnel performing the heat treatment has the qualifications confirmed by the Welding Institute in Gliwice.
